Payment schedule

• $800 — Due: In Person/On Campus: 12/19/25 • Online: 12/31/25
• $1800 — Due: 01/31/2026
• All final payments are due by the last day of Spring Semester.

First time Passports:

You will need:

• Certified Birth Certificate
• Passport Application
• Passport Photos (2)
• Photos can be done at: Walgreens, CVS, Costco

Under 18 at time of travel

• Notarized South Africa Parent Consent form
• Clear, legible color copies of both parents’ IDs (passport or state ID — front and back)
• Any court-issued custody/permission documents (if applicable)
• Original or certified copy of birth certificate from issuing authority
• Blank Parent Consent Letter

• Travelers must carry original “inked” documents and color copies during the trip. Photocopies may not be accepted by airlines or government authorities.

Your child will need to travel with the original "inked" documents and color copies of each parent ID at all times during the trip. A Certified Original or Copy of their Birth Certificate from the issuing authority is required. Photocopies, color copies, et cetera will not be allowed by the airline and the South African Government. Both parents must sign the document or have one for each if living in different locations. If there are special circumstances, please contact the Trip Coordinator.
